The European Youth Parliament’s International Office, based in Berlin, is looking for two new Project Managers to support our work

As a programme of the Schwarzkopf Foundation Young Europe, the European Youth Parliament (EYP) supports the development of young people into politically-aware and responsible citizens by focusing on the strengthening of the European idea and pan-European understanding. Among our aims is to create spaces for dialogue between young people of 16 to 28 years of age and leading figures from the world of politics, economics, and culture. It is with great pleasure that we announce that the 91st International Session will take place in Hamburg, Germany! The event will kick-off in September 2019, hosted by European Youth Parliament Germany.

EYP Germany has already hosted 9 International Sessions in the past, in 7 different cities, but it will be the first one in Hamburg!

Being the second largest city in Germany, the biggest non-capital city in the EU and holding the status of a congress city, Hamburg offers a great selection of possible venues for the various parts of our International Session programme. One of the things that make Hamburg a perfect fit for the 91st International Session is its nickname “gateway to the world”...

The European Youth Parliament (EYP) is a unique educational programme which brings together young people from all over Europe, to discuss current topics in a parliamentary setting. The EYP is a non-partisan and independent programme. The EYP consists of a network of 40 European associations and organisations in which thousands of young people are active in a voluntary capacity. With its international, national and regional sessions it reaches out to ca. 30 000 young people all over Europe every year. The international umbrella organisation of the EYP is the Schwarzkopf Foundation, hosting the International Office of the EYP.
